Nick Mason had a rough day on Sunday. The Pink Floyd drummer took his McLaren F1 GTR race car out to a track in Southern England and was demonstrating it for the crowd, taking a slow lap, when he hit a wall.
Thankfully, the rocker wasn't injured and was walking around the car just after the accident, but he is likely pretty heartbroken, and not just because the McLaren was valued at $3.7 million.
Just before driving out on the track, Nick spoke about his love for the car, which was street legal. He admitted to not driving it too often but called it a" wonderful road car." Hopefully he can repair it.
