Well apparently I have been swimming in the ocean for my entire life none the wiser that this terrifying creature exists!
Meet the Frill Shark, an actual living shark that is borderline prehistoric. Now we can rest a bit easier knowing that they mainly live in very deep water which is great considering you are I aren't out exploring the depths of the ocean on the regular but it's still creepy to think about.
