We don't have any HOV lanes here in Rhode Island, but they have them up in Boston. They're carpool lanes, and they're a great way to zip past the traffic...if you have at least one passenger. People often try to skirt around the rules by travelling with a doll or a mannequin. This dude in Washington State tried to drive in the HOV lane with a large, stuffed dinosaur riding shotgun. He was pulled over by a Washington State trooper who snapped this photo.
