I don't know about you but I just love a good feel good dog story. Especially one where you can really see the true evolution of the dogs spirit.
Animal cruelty, in my eyes, is one of the worst crimes a person can commit. It's exactly why I have so much love and respect for those who are willing to open their homes and the hearts to help a fury friend and give them a safe space to recover and relax. While I've never been in a living situation where I could undertake the responsibility myself I do try and make sure I share heart warming stories like the one below to raise awareness of the good that can come from a little time and patience.
