For a new study, people watched horror movies while strapped to heart monitors… measuring how much some films got their blood pumping. According to the numbers, the scariest horror movie of all time is 2012’s “Sinister,” which generated a pulse-pounding 133 beats-per-minute. if you've never seen it, check out the trailer below.
In second place is “Insidious,” followed by “The Conjuring,” “Hereditary,” and “Paranormal Activity” rounded out the top five. The list also includes “The Babadook,” “The Conjuring 2,” and “The Visit.” Check out the full resultsHERE.
