Ooooooo now I know what I'm going to try this weekend!
Am I the only one who waits until the weekend to try new recipes? I know that this might sound weird, but I pretty much stick to the same 10 recipes for week night meals then wait for the weekend to go all fancy lol. Honestly it's pretty much because I know cooking a new thing will probably take energy that I have zero desire to mess with after a work day.
ANYWAYS, I guess that's neither here nor there.
Let's talk potatoes. They are delicious right? We can all agree on that. Well! I found this wacky video on how to turn them into a crispy bendy tasty looking accordion and since I was so mesmerized I figured I would share with you too!
Now, as I mentioned earlier, I'm going to wait for the weekend to give this a try but if you get to it before me let me know how they come out!
