I've mentioned this before, and I guarantee I will mention this again, but I am lactose intolerant so anytime I find a good dairy free recipe you know I am going to share!
Summer is right around the corner and we all know what that means, it is officially the season of ice cream!
That being said, being lactose intolerant can be pretty annoying when you're out in about watching everyone enjoy a scoop of their favorite flavors of ice cream. Fortunately for me, and others burdened with this annoying food intolerance we've got a way for us to make our very own treat!
It is going to take a bit a work, well. Less work, but definitely time considering you're going to have to wait for this to freeze. But other than that it certainly looks like a pretty easy recipe!
