Disney Teaming Up With McDonald's to Release 50th Anniversary Toys!

2021 marks the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World! The theme park opened on October 25th of 1971, and to celebrate, McDonald’s will offer 50 different Disney toys in their Happy Meals! According to leaked information, the commemorative toys will begin arriving on September 14th and new ones will be introduced through October 25th. Disney travel website Chip and Company leaked the story speculating that the toys may be mini versions of the “Disney Fab 50 golden statues,” that are being added all around Disney theme parks right now.

If this information can be believed, then several of our most beloved Disney characters will be available including Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, Simba, Olaf, Genie, R2-D2, Jiminy Cricket and of course Mickey and Minnie. If you are able to snag any of these toys be sure to hang on to them because I bet they'll be worth a lot of money in another 50 years. Many people have been able to cash in on the sale of some classic Disney Happy Meal toys that have been released over the years.
