A Van Halen tribute has been talked about for quite a while, but now Wolfgang Van Halen has spoken with Rolling Stone about the on-again-off-again idea. In the interview, Eddie Van Halen’s son says, “I don’t like to speak negatively about people, but there are some people that make it very difficult to do anything when it comes to Van Halen.”
He says it wouldn’t have been a full tour, but a one-time concert. Rolling Stone asked him if it was David Lee Roth that caused the problems, Wolfgang said, “I would say, ‘Do your research on the history of Van Halen and come to your conclusions.’”
