Springsteen Postpones Mohegan Sun Concert Due to Illness

For the second month in a row, Bruce Springsteens E Street Band has had issues with illness. The legendary group recently announced the cancellation- or postponement- of three east coast shows “due to illness,” including a stop at the Mohegan Sun Arean scheduled for Sunday, March 12th. The venue says it is working with the band to reschedule.

Last month, Steve Van Zandt and Soozie Tyrel withdrew from the band’s Dallas gig following a covid diagnosis, while The Boss’ wife, Patti Scalfa, also wrestled with an unknown issue. While no cause was given this time around, Van Zandt assured fans online: “No need to be anxious or afraid. Nothing serious. Just a temporary situation. We will all be back in full force very soon."

The good news for fans is, the shows ARE being rescheduled, so hold on to your tickets!
