You Can Now Go Camping at the 'Conjuring' House in Burrillville, RI

As a fan of everything horror I would love this, and it's right in our own backyard! You can now go “ghamping” aka “ghost camping” at 'The Conjuring' house in Burrillville!

The home was owned by the Perron family from 1970 to 1980. The haunted activity they supposedly experienced while living there, and the subsequent paranormal investigation by Ed and Lorraine Warren, were the inspiration for the 2013 movie 'The Conjuring.' The house was purchased last year by Jacqueline Nunez, owner of WonderGroup LLC, for just over $1.5 million, and she plans on keeping the property open to the public.

Eight campsites have been set up on the property on Round Top Road in Burrillville, Rhode Island, and you can pitch a tent for between $300 and $400 per night, depending on the size of the tent and what they call the “fright factor” of each site. Camping is seasonal and runs from June through October.

If you plan to do any paranormal investigating, that is allowed, but you’ll need to bring your own equipment. Find out more about 'ghost camping' HERE!
