Everyone knows rockers party hard, but even the hardest partiers might do a double-take at Tommy Lee’s recent claims. The Mötley Crüe drummer recently confessed that at one point he would drink two gallons of vodka a day.
“Your liver is on crutches at that point,” admitted Lee. “It’s just barely functioning.” The rocker made the confession to an astonished Bill Maher on a recent episode of his podcast, “Club Random.” But despite all this, Lee says, amazingly, his doctors recently gave him a clean bill of health. Lee drinking problems were well-documented until 2019, when he went sober full-time.
