The new incarnation of Stephen King’s tale of clown chaos, “It,” will be hitting movie screens on September 8th. King has never been one to hold his tongue when it’s come to the cinematic butchering of some of his master works. The most glaring example would be his detest for “The Shining.” Apparently, King has seen an advance screening of the new “It,” and we hear that he’s cool. Word is, he likes the direction that the filmmakers went with it, and the new portrayal of “Pennywise” is more “elegant.” Sounds like the creepers have their movie plans laid out for the fall!
