Santana has announced a follow up to 2016’s “Santana IV.” Though a release date hasn’t been revealed yet, “Africa Speaks” is due sometime later this year.
The group led by guitar legend Carlos Santana is giving fans a preview of the album with the lead single, “Los Invisibles.” The track features Carlos’ wife, Cindy Blackman Santana, on drums and Spanish vocalist Buika.
The upcoming record is produced by Rick Rubin. Santana revealed back in December that he was working on new, strictly African music with the famed producer at Shangri La Studios in Malibu, California – churning out 49 songs in 10 days.Check out the new single below.
