Songwriters Hall of Fame Inducting Steve Miller & The Eurythmics

The inductees for the 2020 Songwriters Hall of Fame have been announced, with Steve Miller, the Eurythmics a.k.a.Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, and the Isley Brothers among this year’s honorees.

Miller is known for such hits as "Take The Money and Run," "The Joker," and more, while the Eurythmics are wrote such hits as "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), and "Would I Lie To You." The Isley Brothers, meanwhile, are responsible for such classics as "Shout," and "It's Your Thing."

Other honorees this year include Mariah Carey("Vision of Love”, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and more) Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo (The Neptunes) (hits for artists like Nelly, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and more), Rick Nowells (Belinda Carlisle's"Heaven is a Place on Earth,"Dido's"White Flag") and William “Mickey” Stevenson ("Devil with a Blue Dress On," "Dancing in the Street).

The 2020 Songwriters Hall of Fame induction will take place June 11th at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
