A remake of the 1987 road comedy “Planes, Trains & Automobiles” is in the works at Paramount Pictures, and the stars replacing Steve Martin and the late John Candy have beenannounced. Will Smith and Kevin Hart are playing the leads and producing the modern update, but much like the original, the two will be forced to team up to get home to their loved ones. This is one of my favorites, so I hope they do a good job. I'm assuming Kevin Hart will play the John Candy goofball part and Will Smith will play Steve Martin's straight man role.
