Journey has released the official video to their new single “You Got The Best Of Me,” taken from the band’s first studio album since 2011’s Eclipse. “Freedom” has a release date of July 8th with a 15-cut tracklist of original new songs from the band.
Keyboardist Jonathan Cain, lead guitar Neal Schon, and vocalist Arnel Pineda are back for the new album, and Journey’s bringing back one more familiar name…bass player Randy Jackson, who played on Journey’s 1986 album “Raised On Radio.”
When talking about the album, Schon said that “Many others that have known our music for a long time that have very good ears have said, ‘Look, this is the modern-day-and-age ‘Escape.’” Schon went on to say, “Honest to God, I feel like it’s that good.”
