If you regularly drive Rt. 295 in Johnston near Rt. 6, you have undoubtably noticed the construction of one of the largest buildings built in Rhode Island in the past decade. According Amazon, their new 3.8 million square foot warehouse will create 1,000 full time jobs when it opens later this year. (By the way, that square footage translates to about 87 acres, the size of a small neighborhood!)
