Raise your hand if you had this collab on your 2023 bingo card. ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons recently joined “Piano Man” Billy Joel onstage at Madison Square Garden.
The long-bearded rocker made a stop on Joel’s ongoing MSG residency his latest in a series of guest spots that also saw him join Elvis Costello. The pair thrilled the audience with a performance of ZZ Top’s classic hit “La Grange” in which Joel’s band- including Joel himself- each got a solo. The musicians also jammed on Joel’s hit song “Tush.” Check out the Billy Gibbons appearance below.
