The Rolling Stones released their new album "Hackney Diamonds" on Friday (10/20/23),and celebrated with a launch party in New York City. Mick Jagger shared, "We were missing launches so much that we had to make another album and come back and re-launch it.”
The event brought out stars like Jimmy Fallon, Mary Kate Olsen, and Chris Rock…as well as Lady Gaga! Gaga joined Jagger on for a live performance of their new song, “Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” which appears on the album.
The song helped Gaga debut on Billboard's Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart, by the way. “Sweet Sounds of Heaven” landed at number 45 on the chart. Oh...and Mick Jagger and Lady Gaga both made a cameo on “Saturday Night Live” while they were in New York City!
