"Fandango" has revealed its list of 2024's most anticipated movies, and the usual suspects (meaning, all sequels or franchise films) are at the top of that list. The Top 5 in order are: "Deadpool 3," "Beetlejuice 2," "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire," "Dune: Part Two" and "Venom 3."
One of my personal most anticipated movies is Beverly Hills Cop 4, which will be released in summer of 2024. This doesn't look like it will be great, but it's always fun to appreciate some nostalgia that goes along with revisiting classic movies. Along with Axel Foley, Taggert (John Ashton) and Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) return with a few other originals like Ronny Cox and Paul Reiser. Kevin Bacon joins the cast as the jerk higher-up cop, Capt. Grant. Joseph Gordon Levitt plays Detective Bobby Abbott.
Overall, a very solid cast and lots of action, so let's see if it can live up to fans' high expectations. Here is the trailer.
