Congratulations to an adorable couple...John Mellencamp and Meg Ryan! She announced their engagement on social media with a cartoon that she drew herself! Kinda scary yes...maybe drawing isn't really her thing...but that does kinda look like John Mellencamp. She was spotted on Wednesday in New York City wearing a diamond ring so she confirmed the news.
