Julia "Hurricane" Hawkins, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has broken a running record. She won a gold medal for the 50-meter and 100-meter dash at the Senior Games in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Monday. What's even more impressive...Julia is 103 years old! She set a world record in the 100 plus division for the 100-meter dash, ran that in under 40 seconds. And she also holds the record in the 50-meter dash, finishing that in 24.75 seconds! Julia is proof that it's never too late to start...she says she didn't start running until turned 101!
