Turns out a lot of people decided to go to the movies over the long holiday weekend, and the winner at the box office was Marvel's latest offering, “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.” A couple of my friends saw it in the theater and said it was fantastic. The $150 million budget film has already made over $146 million world wide, $90 million of it here just over the four day holiday weekend, and that's only from the theatrical release. The movie probably won't make it's way to Disney+ until October 17th since it has a 45 day theatrical run.
The star of the movie, Simu Liu, threw out the most incredible first pitch at a San Francisco Giants baseball game over the weekend. Not only did Simu throw a strike, immediately after that he did a back flip on the pitcher's mound! What do you think? Does he win best first pitch of the year? Check it out!
