One of my favorite treats this time of year is the apple cider doughnut. Found at farm stands across New England, this Fall favorite is so delicious, covered in cinnamon with fresh picked, apple flavor. Leave it to Oreo, which has come up with so many luscious flavor varieties for their famous cookies, to get that apple cider doughnut flavor just right.
We sampled these new cookies for Taste Test Tuesday this week, and they are so good. They're a crunchy version of that Autumn taste we know and love. They are made with the golden Oreo cookies, and sandwiched in between is the appley goodness with cinnamon in the creme filling.
In our opinion there have only been a few misses when it comes to Oreo cookie varieties, Cherry Cola being one of them, but this flavor is definitely a hit!
