Jeff Bezos' Space Company Wants to Build Tourism Space Station!

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is at it again ....Bezos' space company, Blue Origin, wants to build a new commercial space station for tourism, as well as for hosting science experiments and possibly for manufacturing. Called "Orbital Reef," it would be around the same size as the International Space Station, and would be able to accommodate about 10 people. There are a lot of steps between here and then, however, as so far Blue Origin has only carried out a few suborbital flights. It was disclosed in a news conference Monday (October 25th) that the company plans to work with startup Sierra Space to make the space station a reality, which they will co-finance. Boeing plans to design a research module on the station and they're also expecting to have NASA as an anchor tenant. Are ya ready to do some traveling?
