Brady and Gronk Give Cryptocurrency to Fan Who Caught 600th TD Pass!

During Sunday’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers game, quarterback Tom Brady threw his 600th touchdown pass. Wide receiver Mike Evans caught the ball and tossed it up into the stands. Lucky fan Byron Kennedy was the recipient, but he didn’t have it for long because Tom Brady wanted that milestone ball back. Stadium staff approached Evans a couple of times asking for the ball and twice he said no. After a lot of back and forth he finally agreed to hand it over. That’s quite the loss because it’s estimated that it could be worth around $500,000!

But don’t feel bad for Byron quite yet because he’s getting a lot of cool stuff not only from the team, but also from Tom Brady and now Gronk too!

The Buccaneers organization has given him a $1000 team store gift card, and some memorabilia signed by both TB12 and Mike Evans. He’s also got season tickets for the rest of the season! Brady added to the pot giving the guy a bitcoin, which is worth around $63000! And Rob Gronkowski and WWE star Mojo Muhtadi gave Kennedy over $30,000 worth of another cryptocurrency.

Yesterday Gronk tweeted, “Thank you for giving Tommy his ball back. He was worried he didn’t have enough TD balls.”
