I saw something like this at my niece’s wedding a few years ago and I thought it was so cool. On the dessert table she had all these mini pies, all kinds of different varieties. Well now people are doing that for Thanksgiving, making up pie charcuterie boards!
Little apple pies, pecan pies, blueberry pies and pumpkin pies presented on a board, surrounded by bowls of whipped cream, caramel sauce and chocolate sauce! You can put some sliced apples and grapes around as garnish.
Looks a ton of work making all those pies, but how cool is that? That way you don’t have to choose just one flavor, you can have a little bit of everything. It looks really adorable, what a great idea for your Thanksgiving guests!
