Sweethearts Conversation Hearts are kinda like the candy corn of Valentine’s Day candy. You either love them or you hate them, and they don’t really pack a lot of flavor, but they are fun with the little words on there. Usually, they have more romantic phrases on them for your sweetheart like “YOU + ME” or “XOXO”.
This year they’re doing things a little bit different with phrases on the hearts that are more platonic. The 2022 theme for the candy hearts is “Words of Encouragement” that focus more on friendship than romance. The new phrases include ‘WAY 2 GO,’ ‘CRUSH IT’ and ‘HIGH FIVE.’ And for your sweetie you’ll still find ‘BE MINE,’ ‘HUG ME’ and ‘CUTIE PIE’ in the box of sweets.
The flavors have stayed the same for this year including Wintergreen, Orange, Lemon-Lime, Blueberry, Banana, Grape, and Cherry. Weird, because I think they pretty much all taste the same.
