Bradley Hospital's New Podcast Helps Kids Cope With Mental Health Issues!

Today’s kids have so many challenges growing up with social media and dealing with stress from the pandemic. Because of that, and many other factors, a staggering forty percent of children are affected by a mental health disorder at some point in their childhood. Kids and teens are struggling with increased feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression, and Bradley Hospital is here to help. 

In December, Bradley Hospital launched Mindcast: Healthy Mind, Healthy Child, a new podcast series that is available on the I Heart Radio app, also Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google podcasts, Stitcher, and other popular podcast listening platforms. The series explores trends and topics relevant to pediatric mental healthcare. The show is co-hosted by Dr. Gregory Fritz and Anne Walters PhD, and on each episode, they focus on a different mental health topic or issue getting expert advice from the clinicians and mental health professionals at Bradley Hospital.  Kristin got to chat with Dr. Fritz about the podcast, listen to the interview below!
