I really liked the first two Wonder Woman movies, so I was kind of disappointed when I heard that DC was not going to go through with making the third one. Apparently, actress Gal Gadot, who of course plays Wonder Woman on screen, is disappointed as well.
She's played the superhero in two standalone films and appeared in a cameo in the movie “Shazam!” Unfortunately, her cameo in “The Flash” was cut from the movie.
Now she says she's going to help develop the next film in the franchise with the new heads of DC James Gunn and Peter Saffron.
Gadot sat down for an interview with comicbook.com said, "I love portraying Wonder Woman. It's so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we're gonna develop a Wonder Woman 3 together."
