Alice Cooper Shares How He’s Training For Live Shows

Alice Cooper says he prepares for concerts by taking a trip down memory lane to his high school days.

Cooper, who is launching another U.S. tour in less than two weeks, was asked by a reporter to reveal the secret behind his energy on stage.

Cooper said he runs 2-3 miles every night and repeats the same workouts that he did as a cross-country runner in high school.

"I'm almost 74 and have been very lucky not to have any physical problems, and during the show, I feel great."

Cooper's 2022 U.S. Tour kicks off on January 28th in Cincinnati along with special guests Buckcherry, Ace Frehley, and The Cult.
