I absolutely CRINGED when I saw this pic! I mean sure birth control can fail... we all know that... but how the baby got to holding it in the first place is just plain weird...
And while the picture looks fake I guess when the birth control failed it became attached to the placenta...
The most important thing though... both mama and baby are happy and healthy and doing well!
