I consider myself an adventurous eater. Really I'm willing to give everything a try at least once but this creation might even be too much for me.
Ducks Eatery in NY decided they would they would put a new spin on a standard watermelon, and being a smoke house they decided to do what they know best, smoke it! For Days! The result is the video below.
Personally I'm really not into warm fruit...unless it's in dessert form so I don't know if I would give it a go... but I gotta give them props for creativity!
