So I was clicking around this morning on the Today Show and I came across this really great article about self defense. As someone who works weird hours and a good portion of the time walk to my car in the dark and while 9 times out of the 10 I feel safe and secure BUT there's that one chance that something could go wrong. And it only takes time.
AND you don't have to take any fancy classes...because I'm going to be honest here I took a rape defense class when I was 10 and while I thought it was helpful I really don't have time for a refresher lol.
