Look, I know we are all super mindful of aliments currently with the pandemic still raging 10 months in. But why not give our immune system an extra boost to fight any other ailments that might come our way?
So I was reading about various ways I could help bolster my immune system this flu season. I've already had my shot and take a daily multi vitamin but I'm not a fan of Emergan C so when I read this article about foods that would help boost my immune system I knew I had to give this a try.
It's pretty stand in mentioning the big ones, dark leafy greens, proteins with Omega fats and what not, but there were some new ones that I hadn't heard of.
