Oh my goodness these affirmations are positively perfect!

This teachers unique way of spreading self love and affirmations in her class is going viral and I completely understand why!
The creative teacher holds up a mirror with the words "I am" written on the top and then asks her students to finish the sentence with something good, or special they think about themselves. As you can see in the video below, the smiles are contagious! Heck I may even try this at home!
