Stephen King’s World Of “Castle Rock” Will Be Creeping You Out On Hulu Very Soon

The world of Stephen King is once again coming to Hulu, this time, in the form of the new series “Castle Rock.” JJ Abrams is producing the project and tweeted the big announcement with the question, “What is the hoax in the forest?”

A You Tube link attached to that question leads us to an appropriately cryptic video, that winds us through a map. It takes us to all kinds of things associated with the King-sphere, things like Shawshank State Prison from “Shawshank Redemption,” Annie Wilkes from “Misery,” and there’s even spine chilling whispers of everyone’s favorite King phrase, “Redrum,” from “The Shining.”

As of yet, there's no release date. This is the second Hulu collaboration for the duo.  If you recall, last year they worked on the JFK themed miniseries “11.22.63,” which was also based on a King novel.

Now, if you don’t live in Stephen King’s world, here’s a bit of a refresher for you: “Castle Rock” is a key location. “Cujo” and “The Dead Zone” took place there. Not a whole lot has been released concerning the project, but speculation has fans salivating at the thought of combining all of Kings characters into one epically haunting storyline.
