A piano tune up ended up being a potentially massive windfall for the owners. They took the instrument to a Shropshire, England shop to have it spruced up and that's when a "life changing" amount of gold was found stashed inside a piano.
Now authorities are on the hunt for whoever put the gold in the instrument, which the current owners bought in 1983.
The people who currently own the piano are definitely hoping no one comes forward. Investigators will be trying to find the former piano players until April 20th. After that, the undisclosed amount of gold will officially become treasure and will go to the current owners.
