Stranger Pays Traffic Tickets For Disabled Woman

While in an Austin, Texas courtroom waiting to talk to the judge about a traffic ticket, a man known only as Bruce was inspired to help a complete stranger. Carlotta Davis was telling Judge Alfred Jenkins that she couldn’t afford to pay her $790 in traffic tickets with the disability benefits she gets. So Bruce paid the tickets for her.

The random act of kindness shocked Davis, as well as everyone else who found out what was going on, including Judge Jenkins, who says the the selfless act makes him “want to be a better person.” Davis started hugging everyone, and she grabbed Bruce, kissing and thanking him for the generous gesture.

Bruce didn’t want his last name to get out or do any interviews because he says he hopes the good deed will speak for itself and inspire others to pay it forward.
