Toya Wright Officially Files For Divorce From Memphitz

No more hall-passes for Memphitz….

Bossip recently reported that Toya Wright was ready to move on from her marriage to Memphitz.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Toya has finally pulled the trigger and filed for divorce from her hall-pass having hubby after only 5 years of marriage.

According to the divorce filed on July 8th, Toya and Mickey were married on June 18th, 2011 – which was even filmed for a BET special. They are currently separated.Toya lists the reason for the divorce is due to the marriage being irretrievably broken and there is no hope of reconciliation.The two signed a prenuptial agreement that covers the equitable division of their property and assets. The reality star is seeking to be awarded her personal property and Mickey can have his too.
