The “Ghostbusters” VR Game You Didn’t Know Was Coming

If you’re one to frequent the PlayStation Store, you might’ve notice a pleasant little surprise lurking in their calling your name. If you haven’t checked it out, and you’re a fan of “Ghostbusters,” then it might be worth your time to take a quick look. Without saying a word about it, Sony released “Ghostbusters is Hiring: Firehouse.”

To be fair, if you’re a “Ghostbusters” purist, and you don’t think anything other than the original cast is worthwhile, be prepared. That being said, if you didn’t mind the all-female cast, and want to check out the world created in last year’s flick, then this one might be worth a look for you.

In the game, you’re going to be hanging out at the Ghostbusters firehouse headquarters. You’ll get to choose your weapon, and go head-to-head with a nasty Slimer. The game also encourages the player to thoroughly explore the Virtual World around you. There are load of discoveries to made around every corner, and under every seemingly meaningless piece of scenery. Right now, the game is running at a price tag of $6.99.
