A married man from India has learned that lesson in the hardest way possible. Motaparthi Vamshi Krishna was arrested last week and is charged with sending a hoax hijack email about an impending flight. In that email, Krishna said he was a woman who’d overheard six men talking about their hijacking plot. It turns out, Krishna was trying to avoid taking a trip with his online girlfriend. Admitting that he didn’t have the money for the trip, and…you know…that he was married and all, would’ve proved far more embarrassing. He’s now facing prison time and a fine.
