George R.R. Martin has shared on his blog that there will be five successor shows for the wildly popular HBO series. Saying the term spinoff doesn’t work, he said that the series will all be in the time before “GOT” took place.
Martin is working with a team of writers, including one being kept secret, and HBO has ordered pilots but has not greenlighted any of the projects yet. Source: UPI
