Shontrell Murphy did not have a good Mother's Day. Her young son had an even worse one. Murphy is accused of repeatedly slapping her son on the head because he only got a card for his grandmother and not for her. The boy was taken to the hospital but luckily didn't suffer any serious head trauma. Murphy is now facing child cruelty charges, which means she's not likely to get a card next year, either.
