This may sound strange; canceling school sporting events because there are too many bunny rabbits, but it's happening at one school in England.
Teachers at Cranborne Middle School say children have suffered injuries as a result of tripping on rabbit holes. Attempts to get rid of the rabbits using gas and guns has so far failed. The problems started several years ago.
Teachers hired a landscaping company and gamekeepers to kill off the rabbits. But the rabbits just keep multiplying. Any competitive sports matches due to take place at Cranborne are moved elsewhere.
Meanwhile, the school is still trying to figure out what to do about the bunnies.
