US young ladies have a tough road towards adulthood.
The 26-million girls living in the United States are facing challenges. A new report from the Girl Scouts of America says economic conditions caused by the Great Recession continue to affect girls. Among individual states, the Girl Scouts of America says that girls are thriving the most in New Hampshire and are struggling the most in Mississippi.
