Ironton, Ohio police chief Pam Wagner says the town is receiving so many complaints about menacing clowns it's stretching resources thin. The reports are now coming in daily!
Officers are getting clown sighting calls all over town with scary clowns just walking down the street. One teenager was arrested, dressed like a clown, and threatening children while waving a club. The top cop calls it "crazy" and a major problem. With only a staff of 15, Wagner says the clown calls are taking away from other important police calls.
Wagner thinks most of the people donning the costume are doing it for attention.
