Attorney: Lawsuit Likely In Washington Bridge Case

The Attorney representing the state says it is highly likely that he will file lawsuits against companies that may have led to the failure of the Washington Bridge.

Max Wistow, who represented the state and recovered millions in the Studio 38 case, seeks to do the same now.

But the famed attorney says that it is not a simple case. Wistow says that they are also looking at failures in the Department of Transportation management, although he says it is highly unlikely any employee would be sued.

Wistow says he believes he knows what happened that led to the deterioration of the Washington Bridge, but he wouldn’t elaborate at this time.
