A former candidate for Cranston mayor has the driving under the influence charge filed against her dismissed.
Maria Bucci was arrested back on December 18th after being pulled over in East Greenwich and footage revealed she argued with the officer who stopped her.
Bucci pleaded guilty to refusing to submit to a chemical test, and the misdemeanor charge she was facing ended up being dropped.
Her license will be suspended for 30 days and she's been ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.
